The following is copied from findagrave.com: Evelyn was born in South Carolina. Her parents were William Minter and Frances Ann (Cox) Minter. Her mother died when she was fifteen years old. She married Edward Pearle Rosenberger on Oct. 2, 1920 and first lived in Doylestown, Pennsylvania where they owned a farm. Sometime after 1935, they moved to Norristown where they lived rest of their lives. Her husband was a manager in a loan company. Edward and Evelyn had a son, Russell Edward Rosenberger (b. 1924; d. 2013), who also lived in the Norristown area most of his life. Son Russell was a veteran of WWII and served in the U.S. Army receiving the Army Occupation Japan Medal, good conduct Medal, Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon, Philippine Liberation Ribbon, and a Bronze Star and the Victory Ribbon. Evelyn died in Norristown, at the age of 66. Much of the ancestry known, relating to her mother's family, was preserved by Evelyn's sister, Martha Parker Minter, who lived in Philadelphia her all of her life. She was a noteworthy business woman. Their great grandfather John Cox (1795-1874) is a link to some of their known ancestry.
