He was born in Bassett, Virginia on February 11, 1936 to the late Harmon and Pearle Prillaman. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1955-1957. Bob was preceded in death by his brother, William Harmon Prillaman and his parents. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Sherrill Prillaman; children, Tracey P. Gilbert, Robert P. Prillaman II, and Sharon A. Prillaman; grandchildren, Ashley Reeves, Eric Prillaman, Heather Prillaman, Christy Smith, Morgan Prillaman, Madison Prillaman, Natasha Gilbert, and Shannon Gilbert; and ten great- grandchildren.
