  Notes	From legacy.com: Patricia Denny Minter, 72, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 8, 2023 at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC surrounded by family and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her foster parents, Fred and Ann C. Wallace. She is survived by her daughter, Priscilla Lapeyre of San Diego, CA; brother Harry Yeatts of King, NC; granddaughters Natasha, Paulina, and Gabrielle Lapeyre all of San Diego, CA; along with nieces and nephews. Pat grew up in Danville, Virginia where she attended Tunstall High School in Dry Fork, VA and Danville Community College. She joined DC restaurateur, Ashok Bajaj, as controller at Knightsbridge Restaurant Group in 1991 and played an invaluable role during an impressive 32-year tenure. She served as a member of the executive board for the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) for several years. Pat was also a licensed real estate agent and previously served as the controller at Tauber Real Estate in metropolitan DC. Pat was selfless. She will be remembered for her generous heart, sharp intellect, and playful sense of humor. She knew how to make people feel special, loved, and supported while simultaneously taking charge and accomplishing anything required of her â?" often with a laugh and self-deprecating smile. She effortlessly befriended people from all walks of life, and will be deeply missed by the many that loved her. Pat requested that any donations be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research. Services will be private.
