      When daughter Harriet Jane was baptised in 1858 Edward & Susannah lived at 37 Woodland Street, Dalston, London, a plasterer.

      A journeyman plasterer of 10 St Peters Place, Folkestone in 1860.

      1861 census: Edward (25, modeller) was a lodger at 5 Zion Place, Ramsgate. His wife Susannah "wife of head" (23, plasterer's wife) and son John Fagg (6 months) were at Belle Vue Fields, Folkestone.
