  Notes	1851 census: in Boughton under Blean Village, William (30, widower, journeyman blacksmith) and daughters Mary Ann (9, at home), Eliza Jane (7, scholar), Matilda (5, scholar) and Charlotte (3). 1861 census: lodging at Fox Cottage, Ville of Dunkirk, Kent, William (37, widower, blacksmith). A Matilda Minter (16) and an Elizabeth Minter (17) were both paupers in the Faversham Union - it's probable that they were two of William's daughters. Another daughter, Charlotte, was with her grandmother on Boughton. A Mary Ann Minter of the right age was living as the daughter of Stephen Minter, bap. 18 Mar 1821 (qv). Buried at Boughton as of Dunkirk.
