  Notes	1930 US Federal Census: in Martinsville, Henry, Virginia (all MINTER, all born Virginia), Ernest (head, 23, married at 19, laborer in furniture factory), Maggie (22, married at 18) and Virginia (daughter, 1 year 9 months). There's no mention on the tombstone pictured at findagrave.com of a wife and/or children. I haven't found a 1940 census entry for Maggie or Virginia (or Lowell, who was included in the family by Bob White) under the name of Minter but Maggie appears as Maggie BRAY with her parents and 3 children: 1940 US Federal Census: in Tunstall, Pittsylvania, Virginia (all shown as BRAY, all born Virginia), John (head, 77), Callie (wife, 690, Joe (grandson, 19), Maggie (daughter, 31, single (sic!)), Virginia (granddaughter, 11), Loyd (grandson, 5) and Mollie (grandaughter, 21). I'm assuming that Loyd , who would have been born about 1935, was Ernest's son, rather than Lowell, who was included by Bob White.
