Mr. Marsh was born October 30, 1939 in Houston County, Texas and had lived in Crockett most of his lifetime. He was retired from Northcutt Wood Works where he had worked as a Foreman. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, 2 months and 3 days: Letha Marsh, of Crockett; children Norman Wayne Langham, and Deana Hill and husband Jacky, all of Crockett; grandchildren Brandon Hill and wife Sandy, of Latexo and Tiffany Thomas and husband Justin, of Spring; great-granddaughter Tristan Lynn Hill, of Latexo; brother Ken Marsh and wife Judy, of Grapeland; sisters Gwen Arnold, of Trinity and Joyce Hughes, of Crockett; special friend Pat Buddin, of Center; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Preceded in death by his parents Etheridge and Bertha Marsh. Funeral Services Mr. James Ervin "Pop" Marsh were held Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. John Goss officiating.
