Father	Gordon Kennedy Minter,   b. 22 Jan 1858, Cowra, NSW, Australia d. 12 Sep 1930, Naim, Baulham Hills, NSW, Australia (Age 72 years)
Mother	Helena TOWNSEND   d. 14 Apr 1936, Parramatta District Hospital, NSW RD
Marriage	20 Dec 1880	Townsville, Cowra, NSW, Australia   [3, 4]
The announcement in the Sydney Morning Herald reads: MINTER–TOWNSEND.–December 20, at Townsville, Canowindra, by Rev. F. S. Wilson, Gordon Kennedy Minter, to Helena, eldest daughter of Thomas Townsend, Esq. This cannot be correct since Townsville is in Queensland and Canowindra is in New South Wales. It should probably have said "Townsville, Cowra" - Cowra is the Registartion District in which the marriage was registered.
