  Notes	A newspaper report of 10 July 1953 * reported that Clifford Albert Minter, 33, was accused of murdering his wife Jean Emily Minter at Claggys Road, Kimpton, Herts. Clifford was found not guilty of murder but of manslaughter and sentenced to 3 years in prison. * The Mirror of Perth, Western Australia carried the story in their paper of 24 October 1953 (available online at Trove).
