Tuesday in a Baytown hospital as result of injuries received in a fall at her home on Oct. 14. Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Thursday at the Paul U. Lee funeral home with the Rev. Clyde Foltz, pastor of the First Christian church officiating. Burial will be in Hill of Rest cemetery. Dr. Mann, a resident of Baytown since 1919, was a chiropractor and had practiced here for more than a quarter of a century. She was a charter member of the First Christian church. Survivors are her (second) husband, Thomas A. Mann of Baytown; two daughters, Mrs. A. R. Slaughter (Eula Zell Minter) and Mrs. J. R. Seydler (Ina Grace Minter); a son, Howard Earl Minter, all of Baytown. Also surviving are five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, of Baytown; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Vesta Collins of Glen Willard, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Bertha Griffith of Rosedale, Pennsylvania; five stepsons, Walter, George, Henry, John and Thomas A. Mann Jr. all of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania Pallbearers will be I.D. Cowan, Dr. Ernest Smith, J.T. Swint, E.E. Stevens, R.L. Martin Sr. (best friend of Kenneth Ray Martin, Sr.) and O.A. Dyer (Omar Alfred Dyer) " Interestingly, Willia's gravestone, pictured at findagrave.com gives her name as Willia M Minter (not MANN).
