FYNN MINTER, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.
ALL persons having any claims or demands
against the estate of Fynn Minter, late of
48, Jeffreys-road, Clapham, in the county of
London (who died on the first day of January,
1928, and probate of whose will was granted by
the Principal Probate Registry on the 18th
February, 1928, to Arthur Minter and the Public
Trustee, the executors), are hereby required to
send particulars thereof, in writing, to us, the
undersigned, Solicitors for the executors, on or
before the 30th April, 1928, after which date the
executors will proceed to distribute the assets of
the said deceased, having regard only to the claims
of which they shall then have had notice.— Dated
this 23rd day of February, 1928.
