31 January 1883 Personal Estate £2020. The Will of William Minter formerly of 17 Bury-street Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex Licensed Victualler but late of 19 Lugard-road Peckham in the County of Surrey Gentleman who died 28 June 1882 at 19 Lugard-road was proved at the Principal Registry by Agnes Minter of 19 Lugard-road Widow the Relict and Barbara How Bull (Wife of George Bull) of the "Black Horse" Hotel Horley in the County of Surrey the Executrixes.
1891 census: at 19 Lugard Street, Camberwell. William had died; his son Robert Samuel (33, bookbinder's forwarder) was now head of household with his wife Isabella (33) and son William R (8, scholar) and his mother Agnes (widow, 76, living on her own means). Barbara and Agnes had both married in the 1880s.
