  Notes	From Palestine Herald-Press: Ella "Louise" Minter, 77, of Waco and formerly of Palestine passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, in a Waco hospital. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014, at Herrington / Land of Memory Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeff Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Land of Memory Cemetery.. Louise was born on Sept. 29, 1936, in San Antonio, Texas to Mary Baxter and Cecil Turner*. She was married to Donald Minter on March 10, 1962. They were married for 51 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Janet. Louise is survived by her husband, Donald Minter of Waco; three children, Randy Minter and wife Claudia of Palestine, Vickie Elkins and husband Charles of Waco, and Sheryl Elkins and husband Darel of Palestine; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and other close family and friends.. Pallbearers will be Ricky Minter, Robbie Minter, David Snelson, Gary Snelson, Wayne Jackson, and Glen Cates. Honorary pallbearer will be Mike Snelson.. A visitation will be held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday at Herrington / Land of Memory Funeral Home prior to the funeral service..
