  Notes	From www.legacy.com: ornelia Foster Minter Harris December 5, 1929 - February 11, 2021 Cornelia Foster Minter Harris, 91, died peacefully at home with family on Thursday, February 11, 2021. She was born in Henry County, on December 5, 1929, to Luther and Maggie Minter and was one of eleven children. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Dewey Harris Sr.; brothers, Clifford Minter, Luther Minter, Billy Minter and Blanton Minter; and sisters, Ruth Boswell, Adna Thompson, Thelma Durham, and Jo Ann Jarrett. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Conner of South Boston; sons, David Harris of Collinsville, Va., and John Harris Jr. (Cathy) of Mebane, N.C.; grandchildren, Joe Conner, III (Tiffany), Kevin Conner (Erica), Ryan Conner (Racquel), Brian Harris (Lauren), Allison Avant (Seth), and Caitlyn Joyner (Daniel); 12 great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Betty Scott and Carol Koger. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at Roselawn Burial Park, Martinsville, Va., with Pastor Tim Wood officiating. Masks will be required with social distancing. Memorials donations may be made to Stone Memorial Christian Church, 3030 Virginia Ave., Collinsville, VA 24078.
