Richard Pruitt and the Rev. Billy Hughes officiating under the direction of Hawthorn Funeral Home. Mrs. Minter died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, at her residence. She was born March 9, 1936, in Tyler to Herbert Edward and Mildred Byron Curtis. Mrs. Minter taught in Mount Enterprise. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Rosalynn Redding of Beckville, JoDee Minter of Shreveport, La., Jill Stroud of Allen and Jeanee Ellison of Beckville; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
