Apr 2010: John J Minter has found a record at findmypast.com's Chelsea Pensioner collection which appears to refer to Arthur: ARTHUR ALBERT MINTER born c1876 Karrachee, East Indies, Attested aged 14 on the 27th of March, 1890 - The Rifle Brigade, (Prince Consort's Own) WO97/3476/79. 1891 census: at Albany Barracks, Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight, 15, a private in the Rifle Brigade. The following appears in the National Archives of South Africa: Old Grahamstown Cemetery, Grahamstown, Western Cape. Pte. Arthur Minter. Died 22-02-1899. Aged 22 years. Member of B Coy., 2nd battalion Royal Berkshire Regiment.
