  Notes	The baptism on 19 June 1859 of George Henry Minter son of Thomas & Sarah Ann Minter, labourer appears to refer to this Henry Minter. No sign of Henry (or George Henry) after 1871. He reappears in the 1911 census, as George Henry, living with his brother Thomas William (qv). England & Wales, National Probate Calendar (Index of Wills and Administrations),1861-1941 (at Ancestry.co.uk, Nov 2010): MINTER George Henry of Nevards Farm Great Horkesley Essex died 31 May 1918 Administration London 11 July 1918 to Thomas William Minter horseman. Effects £49 18s 5d. There seems to have been some connection with South Africa. A Death Notice eferring to George Henry Minter, who died on 31 May 1918, was completed by GHM's brother T W Minter on 16 February 1922. A copy of the notice is on Minter Exchange website.
