The following appears at findagrave.com, on Lonnie T Minter's page: On July 1, 1901, William Robert Minter married 16-year-old Mollie J. Fuller in Houston County, Texas. William and Mollie had a son Lonnie T. Minter born in October of 1902. Mollie passed away in July of 1903, leaving William with an infant son. In December of 1905, William married Maggie Walker Hammons, a widow with three young sons. William and Maggie had three sons, Alfred, Delbert and Winfred Wesley, and one daughter Emma. In January of 1917, while the family was living in Wilbarger County, Texas, Maggie passed away, leaving William once again a widower with small children at home. In August of 1917, William married 18-year-old Emma Josephine Johnson. William and Emma had another son, William Henry Minter. In February of 1920 the Minter famly was living in Wilbarger County, Texas, where 17-year-old Lonnie was working on the family farm. From May 1924 to May 1927, Lonnie served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In 1930, Lonnie was single, living as a lodger in the Bates household in Brazoria County, Texas, were he was a fireman on a steam shovel. On May 2, 1932, Lonnie married Blanche Adeline Skucius in Harris County, Texas. In 1940 Lonnie and Blanche were living in Galveston County, Texas with a daughter Bobbie Jean. They later had another daughter Patsy Ann Minter and a son Lonnie "Sonny" Minter. Lonnie passed away at the age of 52. At the time of his death he was employed as a watchman at the Todd Dry Docks in Galveston.
