  Notes	From findagrave.com: Funeral services for Byron Minter, 84, of Oxford, will be Monday, July 15, 2013, 1 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. The Rev. Scott Smith and Rev. Ronny Moore will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Clay County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Minter passed away on Thursday at his residence. Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Maeriol E. Minter; daughters, Regeania Chambers, Jerri Hensley; grandsons, Shon Dukes, Jim Sawyers, Jeffery Baker, and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jim Sawyers, Jeffery Baker, ShonPaul Dukes, Ryan Sawyers, Bobby Engstrom, and Wesley Spivey. Honorary pallbearer will be Michael Barnes. Mr. Minter was a native of Clay County. He was a resident of Oxford. Mr. Minter was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He was a member of the Hart Well Masonic Lodge. Mr. Minter was retired as a Electrical Draftsman and a Asst.
