  Notes	From http://www.fredhunters.com, Feb 2015: Winnette's Obituary Winnette Smith was born on October 18, 1919 in Fitzgerald, GA. In the 1920's the family moved to Waycross, GA, and Winnette graduated from Waycross High School in 1938. No long after graduation, Winnette took a job as a clerk at the Western Auto in Jacksonville, FL. There she met a young sailor from Minnesotta and the two were married in 1946. They moved their family to Miami, FL, in 1952 and made their home amongst an extended family of friends and neighbors there ever since. Winnette was predeceased by her husband David in 1986. Winnette was the 5th of 6 children of Curtis Lowe Minter and Willie Octavia Brown. Her sibilings William , Mary, Jack, Bob, and Junelle (Judy) all predecased her. A loving mother and grandmother, she will be missed by her remaining family and many, many friends all over the world. She is survived by her children Peggy, Nancy, and Frank, and granchildren Katie, Myrian, David, and Frankie.
