| Notes |
- Mary's birth registration not found under either Minter or Hayes.
Mary may have been the mother of Ernest Minter who was born on 4 July 1859 at 7 Archer Street, Kensington. There is no father's name on the birth certificate. Mary Minter registered the birth on 27 July 1859 giving her address as 27 Archer Villas, Kensington. Nothing to suggest what became of Ernest has been found and there is no definite proof of his mother's identity. So he is not shown as the child of this Mary Minter but a copy of his birth cerficate is associated with her page on Minter Exchange, for reference only.
1861 census: at The United Brethren, a beer shop and lodging house in High Street, Leigh, Essex: Mary Minter (aged 16, born Kensington, a general servant).
1871 census: at Linden Villas, Twickenham, Middlesex (aged 26, born Kensington, a general domestic servant.
No trace in later censuses.
