The Australian War Memorial website includes Allen Kennedy Frost as a Flying Officer, service number 23465 with No. 77 Squadron of the Royal Australian Air Force, serving in Korea, 1950-1953.
Web sources (espcially https://www.british-caledonian.com/2014_-_Return_to_Douala.html) indicate that Allen Kennedy Frost was the Training Captain on British Caledonian flight CA153 which crashed just after take-off at Douala airport, Cameroon on 4 March 1962, killing everyone on board.
