  Notes	From findagrave.com, Dec 2014: Bessie Lawson Dove, 85, of 460 Mountain Mist Drive, Martinsville, died Thursday, April 26, 2007, at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville. She was born Aug. 10, 1921, in Lawsonville, N.C., to Gabe Arthur Lawson and Lelia Hall Lawson. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Clifford Lee Dove; three sisters, Lula L. Eads, Minnie L. Shelton and Grace L. Harbour; and four brothers, Arthur Lawson, Moir Lawson, Willie Lawson and Ralph Lawson. She had worked for Sara Lee and was a member of Chatham Heights Baptist Church, where she was in the Fidelis Sunday school class. Surviving are a daughter, Janet D. Smith of Martinsville; two sons, Robert L. Dove and Gary C. Dove, both of Martinsville; two sisters, Ida L. Stowe of Eden, N.C., and Lillie L. Hutchens of Stuart; two brothers, Raymond Lawson of Martinsville and Paul Lawson of Eden, N.C.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
