Records at ancestry.com have both, with Ellen SNELLING at 1a/51 and Ellen Elizabeth WHITTLE at 1a/54. It must have been Ellen SNELLING that George Henry married: in 1891 she lived with her parents in Paddington, birthplace shown as West Humble, Dorking. Married after banns. George Henry Minter, 24, bachelor, shipping clerk of 47 Connaught Street, father William Robert Minter, coal merchant. Ellen Snelling, 25, spinster of 53 Bathurst Mews, father John Snelling, coachman. Both signed full names. Witnesses John Snelling, Jane Minter.
