  Notes	familysearch shows father as Mathew Worley, mother as Frances. There's no evidence that they were married or that Mathew's surname was actually Worley. The "ftw" tree at ancestry shown Mary Ann marrying James CHAPMAN in April 1838. I've been unable to confirm this. Mary Ann appears to have died in 1839 as Mary Ann Worley. Her daughter Elizabeth was baptised as the daughter of James Chapman & Mary Ann Worley of Chalfont St. Giles. James was probably the father of Elizabeth but not married to Mary Ann.
