  Notes	1930 United States Federal Census: in Justice Precinct 2, Hopkins, Texas (all MINTER, all born Texas), Wilber L (head, 28, married at 21, farming), Otha (wife, 25, married at 18), James (son, 3) and Elouise (daughter, 1). 1940 United States Federal Census. Wilbur and Otha Francis evidently divorced in the 1930s and by the time of the 1940 census, Otha Francis had remarried and was living with her new husband and 4 MINTER children. About a month after Wilbur, Sr., learned of the death of his son in the Vietnam war, he died in the arms of his wife of a heart attack.
