  Notes	Although the evidence is circumstantial, it would appear that the Robert Henry Minter who married Dorothy Dibbs in 1919 and Annie Smith in 1923 was this Robert Henry Minter: 1. Robert Henry's father was a lamplighter on the East Goodwin Lighship at the time of the 1891 and 1901 census. But in 1911 he, his wife and son Robert Henry were living in Essex. When Robert Henry married in 1923 he said his father was Henry Minter, a pensioner. This is consistent with Henry Minter's age - he would have been about 65 by then. 2. Although he was living with his parents in 1911, Robert Henry must have moved about subsequently. He married his first wife in the Yarmouth RD in 1919 but may have moved to Fulham by the time his wife died in early 1922. Not long after, in August, 1923 Robert Henry, aged 26, a widower, married his second wife, in Harrogate. He died in the Knaresborough RD area in 1939. Robert Henry's statement in 1923 that he was a widower is consistent with his first wife having died the previous year.
