I, Annameriah Williams, being weak in body but of perfect mind & memory.
First, I give to my dtr. Mary Elam on negro boy named Pleasant & no claim by her husband John Elam.
I give to my dtr. Salley Terry wife of William Terry on negro girl Lucy.
I give to my dtr Massey Parkman the use of a negro girl named Rose, should her husband Henry Parkman should deprive my dtr. Massey the use of said negro, I desire that my executor John Terry is to take said Rose & use or hire her and pay my dtr. the proceeds of her labor & at my dtr death the said negro & her increase to be equally divided among the heirs of my dtr.
I give to my dtr. Annamariah Terry one negro named Amey forever.
I give to my grand-daughter Elizabeth Terry dtr of John Terry one bed & furniture.
I give unto my four grand-chn. Annamariah Jones, Ezebell Clement, Stephens Clement & Betsey Roten one negro girl named Ester to be sold at my death by my Executor & the money equally divided amongst the above named grandchildren.
The part for my grand-dtr. Betsey Roten to be keep in the hands of the executor & applied to the use of the Betsey Roten as she shall think necessity requires.
I give to my two grand-sons William Minter & Joseph Minter the tract of land I now live on containing 110 acres, to be equally divided between them at my death.
I also give unto Joseph Minter one cow & calf, one sow & pigs and two ewes & lamb.
I desire that all remaining part of my estate be sold by my executor & the money applied as followeth.
My executor John Terry $60 for his pass service & my four chn. now living viz. Mary Ealam, Sally Terry, Massey Parkman & Annamariah Terry two thirds of the remaining and my six grand-chn, viz. Annamariah Jones, Ezebell Clement, Stephen Clement, William Minter & Joseph Minter & Betsey Roten, the other third divided as follows Annamariah Jones, Ezebell Clement, Stephen Clement, Betsey Roten shall have half & the other half to William Minter & Joseph Minter (spelled Minton).
I appoint my son in law John Terry as executor. Wit: James Harrison, Aba Clement & Elyah Bird. Signed Annameriah X Williams. Proved by the oath of Obediah Clement & Elyah Bird the 6 Sept 1802 & recorded 19 Jan 1803. Jn, Timkins. O.E.D.
