| Notes |
- Administration of fathers estate granted 1 May 1817 to brother Henry. Recorded in Canterbury Consistory Court Act Books (PRC 22/28 1803 - 1828), folio 106 - noted by Cliff Minter February 2007. Cliff Minter comments (February 2007): I do not have the details of their father's PCC Will of April 1815 but I imagine that the management of their father's estate was given by his Will to his son William.
William the son died one year later upon which the father's estate was renounced by Elizabeth their mother and committed by Henry the son. Henry was bound with George Curteis, gentleman and Robert Matson of Wingham, farmer in the sum of £5000 (source Canterbury Consistory Court Act Book 1817 (No. 106), as recorded by Cliff Minter).
