  Notes	A witness at Worth on the 12 October 1807. Advertised the loss as a butcher of Bridge of a heifer on 5 February 1811 between Ashford and Canterbury. A butcher at Bridge between 1813 and 1827. Listed in the East Kent Polls of 1830, 1832, and 1852 of Bridge with property at Deal. Probably a witness at St Leonard Deal on 18 December 1838. A butcher in 1840. 1841 census: in Bridge Street, Bridge, John (65, butcher). Buried at age 64.
