NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership here tofore subsisting between us the undersigned,
Frederick George Minter and Hugh Donald Clark, carrying on business as Builders, at Bishops Mansions, Bishops Park-road, Fulham, London, under the style or firm of Minter and Clark, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the date hereof.— Dated this 25th
day of August, 1899.

Daughter Dorothy May may have been the Dorothy May Minter, 17, born Sudbury Middlesex, who was a student at the school of Charlotte Elizabeth Turner at Belsize, Cheltenham.
F G Minter, age not stated, left Southampton in 1911 for Madeira. S Minter (60) left Southampton in 1924 for Madeira.

Ancestry.com.au - UK Incoming Passenger Lists, 1878-1960 has the following:
28 April 1925, arrived at London from London (West Indies) on the 'Ingoma' (First Class), Mrs Sara Minter aged 62 of Greystock, Wimbledon Common.
21 March 1925, arrived at Southampton from Naples on the 'Homeric' (First Class), Frederick Minter, 61, engineer, and Florence Minter, 41, housewife. Address Ferry Works, Putney, London SW.
Post Office London County Suburbs Directory, 1908. [Part 1: Street, Commercial, & Trades Directories] has an entry for a Frederick George Minter at 43 Bishops Park Road, Fulham, London. It's not clear whether it relates to this Frederick George. The same Directory also has an entry for F G Minter, builder, at Ferry Works between 82 and 84 High Street, Putney, London.
Peter Minter writes:
FG had a second family after [his first wife's] death and late in life. He had developed a lot of the area around Wimbledon Common. He lived at 'Greystock' a house he bought from Captain Marriott the author.
When he remarried and at the time of his death he [Frederick] was living at 26 Norfolk Street, Park Lane. His estate included 'Greystock', Wimbledon Common and was valued at £257,092.
He had started a building firm in London which became one of the largest privately owned building companies in England trading as F. G. Minter Ltd.
Thanks to James Earley for the following: The Yorkshire Post of 1 August 1927 carried a brief obituary, mentioning that F G Minter was "responsible for some of the largest buildings in the West End, and also did part of the work in the rebuilding of the Bank of England". He also paid for restoration work on St George's Chapel.
Death announced in The Times (London, England), Tuesday, Aug 02, 1927; pg. 1; Issue 44649. "On July 30, 1927, at Norfolk-street, W1, FREDERICK GEORGE MINTER, aged 68. Interment at Putney Vale Cemetery to-morrow (Wednesday), 11.30."
