  Notes	From findagrave.com, Feb 2015: FRANCES ELIZABETH STEPHENS-MINTER was born on 19 January 1855 in Georgia to Solomon Stephens & Charity Watson-Stephens (both buried at the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Heard County, Georgia). Elizabeth's Mother passed away when she was 5, and her father passed away when she was 11, so she and at least one of her younger siblings were raised by their Uncle, Alfred Olen Stephens & Aunt, Charlotte Ware-Stephens, who immigrated to Texas shortly after Elizabeth's parents passed away. Elizabeth married Sylvanus Oliver Minter on 3 December 1873 in Stephenville, Fannin County, Texas, and they had SEVEN children: Glen Lafayette Minter (1875-1939), Emme Lelan Minter-Thomas (1878-1959), Emmett Bascom Minter (1882-1945), Robert Lee Minter (1885-1955), Ruth Victoria Minter-Hargrave (1887-1967), Mary Annie Ruth Minter-Johnston (1893-1971), & Lizzie-Mae-Minter (1894-1908). Elizabeth passed away on 27 May 1897 in Pine Forest, Hopkins County, Texas, and she was buried there in the Family plot at the Methodist Cemetery. ©Mark Morrow
