  Notes	From John J Minter, November 2018: "... Aunt Ivy Eleanor Minter b 1894; eldest of William James and Violet ... was my father's favourite sister and loved by all - a bit of a second mother to the younger siblings. She had some FH knowledge and actually met Wm James' mother Elizabeth Ellison, when she was about 7, and remembered when George Amos was killed in 1907. Wm James lived at Ivy and Wilfred's house for a while before he died, an awkward old man who had a bedroom created downstairs for him - he would sit in a rocker, spitting in the fire and kept up to date with the newspaper! Uncle Charles had to call every day to shave him. I remember visiting them [Wilfred & Ivy] on Leeds Road, Outwood, Wakefield, when I was very young. Wilfred came home and started his tea - watched adoringly by Ivy - even though his hands were black (probably could not get the grime off them) as he folded his white bread slices. Ivy and Wilfred had one son - Dennis Walker, who was extremely clever and worked at Farnborough Aviation. Wilfred was a star at our wedding covering us with confetti! A lovely couple."
