Resided 14 years form 1881 to 1913 at Decatur, Macon County. Naturalized as a US citizen at Decatur on 24 May 1888. Presently domiciled in Moorhead, Minnesota. Intending to visit relatives, leaving for Quebec on the 'Empress of France' on 14 may 1920. The application contains a photo of Ann.
