Age at birth 30, born in Cisco, IL--occupation, farmer. Mother Chloie Adams, born Indiana--occupation, housewife Second birth, one child living. (Sorry I forgot to write down her age at the birth.) The information was given 9-3-1940 by Chloie Dresbach, mother. Residence at that time--419 W. South Street, Clinton, DeWitt, IL.
