  Notes	1891 census: at 62 Bolsover Road, Marylebone, London, Louisa (head, 30, dressmaker), her brother William (32, coachman (domestic servant)) and his wife Emily (24) and their son George (1). 1901 census: Louisa, 40, single, a dressmaker, lived by herself at 166 Stanhope Street, St Pancras, London. Louisa hasn't been found in the 1911 census. In 1909 a Louisa Minter left London for New Zealand [on Findmypast but details not inspected]. In March 1909 a 'Miss Louisa Minter, of London' married Thomas COSSUM. It's being assumed that these details refer to this Louisa Minter (the marriage certificate if obtained should settle the question). The wedding announcement in the NZ Fielding Star says that the bride was given away by the Rev P J COSSUM; her parents aren't mentioned. It appears that Louisa returned to England - her death is likely to be that registered at Paddington in Q2 1928. But the death of Thomas COSSUM hasn't been found.
