  Notes	From findagrave.com: Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Cora Minter, 77, who died Monday in a Chillicothe nursing home. A former Portsmouth resident, she was the wife of George Minter. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Roscoe Moritz and Mrs. Charles Mick of Chillicothe, Mrs. William Martin of Greensboro, N.C., Mrs. Thomas McHugh of Hinsdale, Ill., and Mrs. Dudley Grant of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; three sons, Henry Minter of San Francisco, Calif., Frederick Minter of Norfolk, Va., and George Minter of St. Paul, Ind.; 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. R.J. Williams of Salem, Va., and Mrs. Tossie Beliton of Martinsville, Va. Funeral services are to be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Fawcett-Oliver Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Burial is to be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe. Friends may call at the funeral home between 4 and 9 p.m. Thursday. The Portsmouth Times 12 July 1966
