  Notes	John's marriage hasn't been found - inferred from 1841 census. At the baptsms of his children between 1813 and 1828 John was described as a farmer. 1841 census: in Kirton in Lindsey (all HUNSLEY), John (50, farmer), Mary (56) and Robert (15). John's burial is assumed to have been the one in Kirton on 13 March 1851. But his death doesn't seem to have been registered until later - probably Q3 1851 Glanford Brigg 14/223 or possibly Q4 1851 Glanford Brigg 14/221. The following 1851 census entry probably refers to John's widow but the identity of the granddaughter hasn't been established *. 1851 census: in Kirton in Lindsey, Mary (widow, 66, farmer of 16 acres employing 1 labourer, born Kirton), Rachel FAWCETT * (granddaughter, 8, scholar, born Kirton) and a lodger, James ROWLEY (widower, 75, annuitant, born Winterton, Lincs). * a Rachel FAWCETT 'Rachel Wright's illegitimate daughter' was baptised in Kirton on 15 July 1843.
