      6559 Private (Pte) Reginald Walter Minter, 7th Reinforcements, 6th Field Ambulance, of Melbourne, Vic (originally of Forrest Gate, London, England). Pte Minter enlisted on 21 April 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Commonwealth on 26 November 1915. He later served as a corporal and returned to Australia on 6 September 1919 as a member of the 3rd Australian General Hospital (3AGH).

      Graham Minter, May 2012: also have the death certificate for Reginald Walter Minter. He died at Redhills Hospital, Exeter, on 18 March 1959. The witness was his brother, Stuart. I know that the two brothers, neither of whom married, retired to Dawlish together. Stuart's residence is given on the death certificate as 13 Park Road. Newspaper Index Cards, 1790-1976 at Ancestry.co.uk (August 2011) has a newspaper clipping dated 24 October 1959 from solicitors asking that anyone with any knowledge of any Will to get in touch with them.
