1851 census: at Great Wenderton, Wingham, Kent (William, 42, a farmer of 240 acres employing 8 labourers) with brother Robert W W (36, farmers son) and sister Sarah Ann (39, housekeeper). All three unmarried.
Kentish Gazette, 27 September 1853 - Sept. 22, at Wenterton farm, near Wingham, Mr. Wm. Minter, aged 45 years, much respected by a numerous circle of friends.
