  Notes	In 1813 - 14, issued with game licence at Wingham; overseer at Wingham. In 1819 -21, occupier of Wenderton with annual rental of sixty pounds; 92 ponds in 1820 - 21.. 1800 - 1849, organizer of Ickham annual autumn horse fair. In June 1822, occupier of Treasury Farm, Ickham at time of fire. In 1824, Owner of house premises and land at Wingham with sixty six pounds annual rental. On 14 June 1836, a witness at Preston. 1841 census: in Wingham, William (60), Kezia (55), William (30), Sarah (25) and Robert (28) In 1842, occupier of Great Wenderton with £112.10.0 annual rental and also Little Wenderton. Appeared in the 1845 Kelly's Post Office Directory of the six home counties as a farmer of Ickham. Appeared in the History & Directory of the County of Kent by S Bagshaw, 1847 at Treasury Farm, Ickham. Probably also listed as William Minter, farmer of Wenderton, Wingham. William died in 1849 - see Kezia's notes for later census details. Aged 72 when he died. But he appeared in the 1852 Post Office Directory of Kent (Kelly's) as William Minter, farmer, Ickham. Will proved on 17 January 1850 at Principal Probate Registry, London. Tombstone in Wingham: William Minter of Treasury Farm Ickham died 1 November 1849 age 72 Kezia his wife died 20 May 1868 age 82 William Minter son of above of Wenderton Wingham died 22 September 1853 age 45 Robert W W Minter son of William and Kezia died 21 July 1872 age 59
