  Married: From the Brisbane Courier, 27 June 1924: POULTNEY-MINTER. At the Wilston Methodist Church on June 21 the marriage was celebrated of Mr. P. L. Poultney (second son of Mr. and Mrs. W Poultney, Paddington) and Miss Lillian Ethel Minter (eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W Minter, Wilston). The Rev. C. E. Morsley officiated, and Miss E. Chapman presided at the organ. Misses G. Minter (sister of the bride) and A. Lowe attended as bridesmaids. Mr. A. Pulteney (brother of the bridegroom) carried out the duties of best man, and Mr. E. Hartland acted as groomsman. At the conclusion of the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. P. L. Poultney motored to Cribb Island where the honeymoon will be spent.
