      Inherited fishing boat 'Ann & Mary' but died before father so boat would go to William's heirs.
      Inherits tenement in which he resides when father dies.
      A William Minter was instrumental in the seizure of contraband goods at Dungeness in 1691.
      Was probably one of the Churchwardens or Overseers of the Poor who signed a Settlement Order in Folkestone on 18 February 1700/01. The Order is preserved at St Leonards, Deal.
