      Re HARRIET MINTER, Deceased.
      Pursuant to Statute 22 and 23 Victoria, chap. 35.
      NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Harriet Minter, of 1, Parkavenue, Mossley Hill, Liverpool, Spinster (who died on the 22nd day of October, 1922, and letters of administration to whose estate were granted in the Liverpool District Probate Registry, on the 26th day of January, 1923, to Samuel Minter, of 72, Churchpath, Acton Green, Middlesex), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, as Solicitors for the said administrator, on or before the 10th day of April, 1923, after which date the administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, haying regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice.\emdash Dated this 6th day of March, 1923.
