  Notes	From obituary at http://www.hendersonandsons.com: Mrs. Millie Mozelle Lane, age 86, of 376 Shorthorn Road, Lindale, passed away on Sunday morning, September 25, 2011, in a local health care facility. Mrs. Lane was born in Floyd County on September 19, 1925, daughter of the late James Alfred and Lillian Helena Young Minter. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Homer Junior Lane, by a sister, Beatrice Summerville, and by 5 brothers, Admiral Duey Minter, Joseph Lonnie Minter, Howard Seaborn Minter, Reuben Minter, and Clifford Minter. Mrs. Lane was employed for a number of years at the Anchor Rome Mill. Prior to her retirement, she was employed at the Lindale Laundry. Mrs. Lane was a member of the Doyle Road Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Burnie Lane, and his wife, Brenda, Lindale; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 2pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home with her Pastor, the Rev. Billy Rampley and the Rev. Kirby Moore officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6 until 8pm. At other hours, they may be contacted at the residence of the son, Burnie Lane, 105 Grove Street, Lindale. Pallbearers are requested to assemble at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home on Wednesday at 1:30pm and include: Danny Minter, Bobby Minter, Leroy Minter, Jerry Minter, Tommy Gentry, and Jason Minter. Richard Minter will serve as an honorary pallbearer. Henderson & Sons Funeral Home has charge of the funeral arrangements.
