    Notes
    • It's possible that George had brothers:
      - Christopher (who had an unknown wife and a son John bap. 2 Dec 1582)
      - Richard (who married Ann GAMMON and had a daughter Emlynn bap. 30 Jul 1585)
      - Michael bur. 9 Feb 1628/29 (who married Lydia ELGAR and had 4 children, William bap. 3 Aug 1600, Ann bap. 16 Oct 1603, bur. 30 Mar 1629, Henry bap. 26 Oct 1606, bur. 1 Mar 1633/34 and Mary bap. 15 Sep 1616)
However, it's more likely that these were WINTER, not Minter.

George made a Will on the 21 June 1618: it exists in the Canterbury Archdeaconry Court Wills, Volume 61, folio 386. Cliff Minter provided the following transcript of it.
In the name of God Amen, the XXIth day of June in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred and eighteen. I George Minter of the parish of Ewell in the County of Kent, husbandman, ------ do make this my present last will and testament in the manner and form following. Item I give and bequeath unto John Minter my second son 5s to be delivered unto him by my Executor within one month after decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto Henry Minter my third son in token of my good will 40 shillings to be paid unto him by my Executor within one month after my decease.

Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth my wife my tenement and garden with the appurtenances belonging unto it during her natural life bringing up and keeping my daughter Mary so long as she shall live. Also my will and mind is that Elizabeth shall not strip nor waste any timber or trees ---------
I will and bequeath my said tenement and garden with the appurtenances belonging unto it unto Thomas Minter my fourth son and to the heirs male of his body lawfully begotten paying unto my daughter Mary five pounds of good and lawful money of England out of it within one year after my wife's decease.
